The website https://isupplier.fr (hereinafter, the “Site”), published by I SUPPLIER, aims to present the company and the services it offers to its visitors, prospects, and clients, whether companies or suppliers (freelancers and IT service providers). The services offered by I SUPPLIER, including the intermediation solution designed to optimize relationships between Companies and Suppliers, are intended for professional use only. As a user of the Site, whether as a company or a supplier (hereinafter, the “User”), you must comply with these Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”). By using the Site, the User unreservedly accepts these Terms, declaring that they have read and understood all provisions. If you disagree with any clause of these Terms, you are invited not to use the Site.
1. Purpose
These Terms aim to define the conditions under which I SUPPLIER makes the Site available to Users. The Site is primarily intended to provide information about I SUPPLIER’s activities and services.
2. Contact Form
Users may contact I SUPPLIER via the contact form available at https://isupplier.fr/contact/. Only the email field is mandatory. Users agree to use the free-text “Message” field responsibly, refraining from submitting sensitive information, defamatory, abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate content that could harm I SUPPLIER or third parties.
3. Intellectual Property

Other distinctive signs, including company names, trade names, signs, and domain names on the Site, are the property of I SUPPLIER or third parties, and any reproduction without express permission may result in liability under Article 1240 of the French Civil Code.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, temporary right to access and view the Site and agree to respect the rights of I SUPPLIER and, where applicable, third parties.

I SUPPLIER will make best efforts to respond promptly and find an amicable solution. If unresolved, Users may take the matter to competent French courts. For Users acting as merchants, the Tribunal de Nanterre has jurisdiction.
